In consideration of the agreed fee, I hereby grant to the Photographer, his/her direct or indirect
licensees and assignees the absolute and irrevocable right to hold, use, publish, add to, delete from
and adapt the Images throughout the world in any printed or electronic media, whether now known or
discovered or invented in the future, for any purpose whatsoever including (without limitation)
illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and general trade. “Images” means the photograph(s)
or other images, and any reproductions or adaptations of the photograph(s), from the abovementioned
photographic shoot. The Images may be used in conjunction with the name of the person
photographed or a fictitious name.
I understand that the Images may be licensed for various purposes in various sectors and that the
rights to hold, use, publish, add to, delete from and/or adapt the Images may be assigned or licensed
irrevocably by the Photograph so that the Photographer will no longer have control over what is done
with the Images.
I understand that I have no interest in the copyright, nor any other rights, in the Images. I
acknowledge and agree that I have not commissioned the making of the Images or any of them for
private and/or domestic purposes.
I have the full right and power to enter into this agreement. This agreement constitutes the sole,
complete and exclusive agreement between the Photographer and me regarding the Images and I am
not relying on any other representation whether oral or written. This agreement shall be binding on
me and my heirs, successors and assignees.
This agreement is to be interpreted in accordance with the law of England. In relation to any disputes
arising from or connected with this agreement, I submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
